      • OSAT即是封裝、測試的委外代工廠。一般的IDM或Foundry廠雖然本身可能就有一些封裝或是測試的產能。但仍會外包某些比例的封裝、測試到OSAT。
      • OSAT也是一般Fabless的公司的外包廠。如design house等
      • 國內的OSAT廠有：日月光、超豐、南茂、力成、矽品、京元……
